How a custom order works
Everything we make is custom — there is no catalogue of pre-printed designs. You upload a file, choose a size and a finish, and we print that single canvas for you. Nothing is warehoused and nothing is drop-shipped.
After you order, the file goes through prepress, where we check resolution against your chosen size and correct any obvious colour cast. If something will not print well, we contact you before production rather than shipping a poor result and dealing with it afterwards.
From order to doorstep is typically 5 to 10 business days — about one to two weeks. The canvas is printed on a Canon Colorado with UVgel ink, hand-stretched over a solid wood frame, fitted with hanging hardware, and packed flat for delivery across Quebec and Ontario.
